The AESKULISA® product range is an extensive range of innovative ELISA tests with CE mark for the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases.

Human recombinant antigens synthesized in in-house research laboratories give the tests maximum sensitivity and specificity to provide all users utmost benefit.

Ready-to-use reagents, the convenient microtiter plate format with individual breakable wells and standardized incubation times result in less time and effort needed for the user. All reagents, buffers and containers and even calibrator concentration levels are color-coded to provide more safety in use.

AESKULISA® tests are ideally suited for laboratory automation, the complete product range is based on a standardized principle: All tests use one single sample buffer and one single wash buffer only and are based on standardized protocols, sample dilutions, calibration ranges and cut-off values.

Now the 30/30/30 test format is available. With this new format, AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS even goes one step further - all AESKULISA® assays perfectly meet the requirements of all common lab analyzers and also cope with less ideal working environments.

AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS’ objective is rather to adapt the new test format to the real lab environment than to request changes in day-to-day lab routine!


Using automation ?

Just benefit from:
•	A far better utilization of the instrument’s capacity - the new and homogeneous incubation scheme of 30 - 30 - 30 min perfectly meets the requirements of any sort of automated system as it allows a more efficient and time-saving scheduling of various tests. More tests can be processed in a given time.
•	A temperature range of the tests increased to 32°C allows more stable and reproducible results on automated systems as the additional heat of the instrument itself can easily be tolerated.
•	The size and shape of the new vials has been designed especially to fit directly into most automated systems. It is no longer necessary to decant calibrators and controls, the vials can be used directly out of the kit.
