The AESKULISA® tests of the rheumatology product range cover the laboratory diagnostics of collagenoses like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s Syndrome and Sclerodermia. Initial anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) diagnostics can be performed with screening tests followed by profile tests detecting the specific antigen.

Also a HEp-2 ELISA test is available for extensive screening. Many ANA tests are also available as individual tests.

Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA): in addition to Rf-AGM and Rf-Check for the individual or combined detection of rheumatoid factors of all 3 isotypes (IgG, IgM and IgA) with the CCP- and RA/CP-Detect tests, also highly specific tests are available for the detection of RA specific antibodies against citrullinated peptides.

The rheumatology product range is completed by the patented alpha-Fodrin test for the diagnosis of the Sjögren’s syndromes.
